Bottom $ |
This value establishes the bottom (floor) of the dollar range to which the tax Rate and flat Surcharge will apply. Each tier must have a different bottom figure. |

Rate % |
This value is the percentage that applies to all figures that fall between the bottom for this tier and the next highest bottom. |

Surcharge $ |
This value is the flat charge that applies to all figures that fall between the bottom for this tier and the next highest bottom. |
| OK | Select this option to save the information and close the screen. |
| Cancel | Selecting this option closes the screen without saving. |
